Our latest
release, Version
4.5, includes new updates and enhancements and
additions to material type, and material size databases. Although every
effort was employed in development of Esti-Mate waste factors, we have
added a new function so the user will have the ability to either add or
subtract a percentage from the program factors on total quantities
required.
Upcoming Releases:
Version 4.7 - We are currently working on our new release of
Esti-Mate Version 4.7, which will include several updates that have been
requested by our most valued user customers. We are including more plan
selection types and combinations. This update will print all
lumber and building material items required for a finished
basement. It also will include masonry block construction homes,
including quantities for blocks and mortar mix. These additions will truly put you into the 21st Century for software and hardware solutions.
